7) Agent and sub-distributor for overseas clients.
8) Understand regulatory compliance as it affects banking and foreign investment. Retired civil servants have an edge, although training is available.
9) In-depth knowledge of financial and political risk.

11) People who can shepherd a medium-size manufacturing unit.
